Some of the public art features in the new park at City Place. These are quite tall. If they'd been surrounded by grass, rather than concrete they might have been a bit more interesting I think. Some folks have started throwing hoops around them (as you can see from the middle shot). I'm sure that will be there for years now. The colours are fund and they stand out in the park from quite a distance away which is nice.
