Very unique shot. We have one in our neighbourhood at a potato plant and farms of them at other places on the Island.
Just about the ultimate angle on one of these things.
Iain Myrans: This one in Toronto has a platform built around its base that is open to the public so that you can go stand there and hear how quiet it is. It's really amazing and there's not even a rumble or vibration to be felt despite the massive size of this turbine. For me it is a beautiful feature of the Toronto skyline (it was Canada's first urban application of a large-scale turbine)
