This is the companion shot to my last post (which you can see by clicking on the image above). This is another photo of Millenium Park's Crown Fountains. You can find out more about the fountains and the park in my last few posts. There are some other interesting things in this shot that I'll point out though. The wide building that appears to be missing its centre on the right hand site is actually two buildings built on top of one anohter. The lower half, constructed some years ago was always intended to have a second half built above it. Also of interest here is the "aqua" building, the tower just to the right of centre that appears to have pools of water on its surface. I have to say, when it comes to condo buildings most just look the same. This building really stands out and is a great addition to Chicago's skyline of great architecture.
