Harbourfront Streetcar Terminal

Well I have to say the TTC is pretty bad at maintaining their stations, although I'm sure they'd say that it's because they don't have enough money. Yet, what I don't understand is why when they take celing tiles down it always seems so hard for them to put them back up. Honestly, I think the staff go in, fix a problem, but simply don't bother to make things look nice again.

This is the Union Station Harbourfront Streetcar Terminal, one of a few undergound terminals for streetcars in Toronto.

I like the desaturated and bright tones. Weird for a subway shot, but that's what makes it interesting. Good idea!

Geez, I'm always just happy when a streetcar comes that I can actually get on. Now you want them to pretty the place up, too. Perhaps they can put that in the contract negotiations the mediator is beginning this week.

I like the combination of movement from the disembarking passengers and the stillness of the people waiting.

Hmm, it's the same most places I think and they always have a good excuse!
