Community on the Shores of Sparrow Lake

Photos from the Trent Severn:
I had the opportunity to travel through the Trent Severn from Georgian Bay to Lake Simcoe at the end of September this year.  It is quite an experience and I highly recommend it as a fun and relaxing way to spend a few days if you're living in Ontario. More information on the historic waterway and canal system can be found here. The waterway is so "magnificent it has been named 'one of the finest interconnected systems of navigation in the world'.

About this photo:
This liitle Community on the Shores of Sparrow Lake looked very colourful as we cruised by. It seemed very out of place at the time and in looking at a google map just now it is! It is a series of homes totally unto themselves. For a googlemap on where this was taken click here.

Beautiful picture. Nice framing and saturated colors. Maybe you could have cropped out the tree without leaves on the left. Looks kind of dead in an otherwise lively picture.
I want one of those houses!

What a beautiful place and a cracking image of it.
