A very nice closeup of a daylily, my favourite flower (although I prefer the fancier hybrids, rather than the ordinary orange ones).

Actually, I prefer these wild Tiger Lilies! They are so brilliant and defy the imagination. How could anyone improve on them!!! We have yellow daylilies in our yard in Atlanta but they pale next to these beauties, as far as I'm concerned!
