The Scattered Crowd balloon art exhibit. Hundreds of balloons filled the lobby of one of Toronto's famous Mies Van Der Rohe office towers as part of the Luminato arts festival in toronto. As part of the Luminato Floating Artworks exhibits Scattered Crouds uses baloons tied together on a string, one helium and one regular air. All of the strings are different lengths so the room has an incredible effect when looking accross it. This image, of course, is looking straight up. William Forsythe was the artist who came up with the concept and Juliam Gabriel Richter was the production manager in Toronto.
