Fly ball

... and, caught out. Snapped this at the Jays game on April 10th. That telephoto works well from the 500 level ;)

Spectacular - I do like this shot a lot. I imagine myself trying to get the timing right - still have the ball in frame etc. Remember a similair picture in the NationalGeographic, but that was almost from straight above the bat. Great pic, cheers
Very nice shot, perfect timing on the capture too... That telephoto is definetly zoomed in with your 2x crop..
Iain Myrans: we'll remember that it's not technically a 'crop' at all since the lenses are digital-specific and provide the full resolution of the image circle directly onto the sensor -- no optical information is lost smile but yes, a 200 mm lens acts like a 400mm lens on the Oly -- but not actual 'crop' of any kind takes place smile

Ah yes, the 600 level. I love the 600 level -- it's got a REALLY sweet view wink Glad your photoshoot went well yesterday, the shots looked great!
Excellent action shot. I like the way the ball has become a streak.
