The Grooming

This man is always out with his dog in the park every afternoon. It's the most adorable golden retriever too. This afternoon he was out grooming it. I caught the shot from a distance with my E-330 and my 50-200mm Digital Zuiko lens. Forgot I had the camera in monochrome from a shoot the night before but it turned out well. I wasn't shooting raws so I didn't have access to a colour version to see which would have been nicer but I think this one would have been anyhow.

Let me know what you think of the B&W here since it was a total fluke!

Okay, so why is the dog on the table? Is that hygenic? are we sure the dog didn't step in something.... really now, who lets their dog on a table... wink

Iain Myrans: Yea, that's true. That dog practically lives on that table. Everyone around here knows it. No one eats off it anyway, it's just used by people playing tenis to put their stuff on at least. Every day on my way home they're over there--very nice fellow and his dog is adorable so i won't hold a grudge wink

MAkes you wonder if it's the only place he can groom the dog, might not have such a high table at home?

neat picture Iain, I do like it
