Beautiful shot. I think the exterior of the museum was filmed as the house in the tv series 'Wind at My Back' (or something like that).
Sam, Brandy and I loitered around the museum one night in hopes of seeing the infamous ghosts.... there was a very brief moment of excitement when we saw the shadow of a mannequin in the window. tongue
Iain Myrans: really? Cool. I remember that series. I'll have to tell brent about the ghosts, he'll be interested smile

I never saw the series.... but I think they used it.

lol, they give tours at the museum and talk about the ghosts so I'm sure Brent would be amused... they've had quite a few 'sightings'. Sadly, our mannequin was not one such sighting. Ask Ceri!

It didn't snow here,it rained instead and we had wind speeds of 80mph. Classic shot, good tones and well balanced.
Iain Myrans: Thanks Sola smile sorry to hear about your poor weather -- that's not much fun. In Toronto, where I live, there's no snow but at least it's not too windy or cold yet. Very mild so far this year. As for that photo I thought it would be nice to get some shots from outside of the city on the ol' blog. Thanks for your comment.

My god, its snowing WHERE?! ... it appears we have no snow this year. Trace it back to global warming I say. Very nice, crisp shot of the museum. I like how you've framed the shot, with the trees on either side, path right in the middle and signs upfront to match.
