photoblog image A Pond and an RV

A Pond and an RV

I still curse myself that I didn't squat down to get the full reflection in the muddy puddle (pond?). I guess I liked the cloud formation above the old RV but still! Ug. Anyway. This is a similar shot to one VV posted the other day. We were out together when we took these photos.

Post: curves, that's it!

I think you maybe right about having a lower angle. Did you try cropping the trailer. Nice shot though

shame about the trailer.

Ahh it is a shame, yet still a nice shot..
I'm still confused as to why everyone is going 'shame about the trailer'... See.. this is an abandoned RV, it's parked in a dirty old parking lot, near the portlands, in an older part of the city. You have to see the scene (maybe between myself and sparklite we have enough images for a 360 view...), there's an old warehouse with some beat up cars off to the left.. the power ranger is stapled to the wall over there as well.. just to the other side of the RV is a big pile of trash, right behind the trailer... the RV is actually just the start of it all, and even just the fact that they've let their parking lot become a pond shows the lack of caring they put into things.. It's really an abandoned camper... I think the shot would look a bit funny with no trailer.. but hey, what do i know..

I rather Like the whole composition. The place has a feeling of rather organized neglect
