One of the things I really like about City Place is that each building is a bit different and the colours of building materials are varried between buildings somewhat too. As far as residential towers go, these buildings all make for some nice photography. See another photo I took of this complex a while back here (it's actually my favourite of the two).
Let me know what you think! :)

Oh, Post Processing.. right. Um. Not much. I pushed the colours a little and I softened the horizon.

And where is the CN tower in relation to these. VV, the towers are blocking your view of the lake. How could you let them get away with that. You should complain to city hall.
Iain Myrans: He's still able to see the lake quite well actually off to either side of that. And over to the skydome. The CN Tower is very very close but you have to lean out and look left to see it.
The CN tower an the skydome are just off to the left of the frame (the skydome is about 30ft behind that little building in the bottom left of the frame, and the CN tower is on the other side of the skydome). And currently I can see the lake off to the right of the frame, just past the giant construction site where they are building 4 more condo towers.....
this is a great shot. i like how the buildings are framed around one another, and how they bring out the colors in each other. the background of the sky and water are super cool.

Home sweet home ... for now. I like the light, and the framing of it too. Pretty shot. It does look neat with all the \'layers\' of buildings behind it, I never get to see it that way.
Concord Pacific (who own Concord Adex, the developer of cityplace in Toronto), built a cityplace in Vancouver as well, so there are definetly some similarities.
And damn straight you'd have to pay me royalties... I charge 1 box of junior mints for ever 8x10 or smaller, and one mars bar for anything between that and 20x30, and anything over 20x30 is 3 kit kat's and a bag of skittles...
(has it really been that long! we've known each other since we were 5!!! that can't be right...)
Dang your both younguns. I can't even remember 25 anymore much less 5. Really good to see friends sticking together for so long. I can't think of anyone I know now that I knew twenty years ago. much less when I was five. AAARRGGHH!!!! Now I'm starting to feel old. See what you have done. I know I'll go run a marathon that'll make me feel young, OK maybe not a marathon maybe to the store to get some Kitkats and Skittles. Oh hell why don't I just drive. I wonder if they'll deliver.
