Anyone Need A Paperclip?

I shot these at VisualVault's place with his studio lighting. I was just playing around with my macro lens in a controlled environment --- something I've never done before with any camera. I ususally shoot macro stuff outside where things are always changing and blowing in the wind or flying away on me. Hopefully you'll like it!  I would like your opinion on the Depth of Field (DOF). I like this one out of the new I shot at different aperture settings but I'd like your opinion. :)

I like the DOF only think thst i would like to see the leading edge of the paperclip that is pointing straight at us in focus for a more dynamic feel.

Nice! The black background constrasts very well with the bright shiny surface of the paper clips.
