CN Locomotive

This was just a quick shot I took at the Canadian National Exibition Grounds. This locomotive is sitting as a historic exhibit on the grounds. It was taken on a trip out there with my friend from the visualvault photoblog (http://www.visualvault.ca/blog)

PP: None.

That locomotive looks really imposing...
Ya see, this shot depicts the locomotives struggle for survival against the bitter railroad company who is trying to push him too hard and too fast into an early retirement... the contrast between the black locomotive and the bright blue sky shows the depth of his inner turmoil. The red plaque on the front is representative of the rage burning inside him. The cinematic angle of the shot, slightly tilted to the left, show's his opposition to the status quo, and help's us related with his skewed view on the whole situation, due to the fact that he's just a train and is stuck on tracks and really has no choice about it..... Or something like that....... Great shot... smile
Iain Myrans: Wow. You're good. That's exactly what I was trying to capture. That was so funny it had me laughing out loud (lol) for real. Thanks Mr. Vault.

I guess this is the last thing you'd see if you couldn't untie the ropes tying you to the track. Scary.
