In Flight

This was one of those fluke photograph captures. A seagul down by the Toronto Waterfront. I'm aware of a few technical deficiencies already so I've put up a yellow Shmood icon today ;)

Sorry I have not been commenting so much on other people's blogs. I have been a bit busy this past week and have been out of town a bit too. I'll get back to it soon. I really appreciate all the comments from other shutterchance members (well anyone really who's commented!). This is a great community :) I'll be commenting more again soon, I promise!

What technical deficiencies? Great shot, you've caught the bird in a very nice phase of its wing stroke too.

Fluke?! Don't tell anyone that! You meant to do it. You caught this bird at the perfect time, just like you planned it!!! smile I would consider it a fluke of the bird just happened to fly in front of your camera and you accidentally tripped the shutter!

Great shot!

Nicely captured and spot on AF. How far away was it from you?
Iain Myrans: Probably about 20 metres or so. Just to guess at any rate.
