Waiting for the Train

For those of you who follow my photoblog, you will know that I am working on a series of HDR photos of scenes in and around Toronto's subway system. Above is my latest installment and my favorite of the photos in the series so far. This is a five frame tone mapped HDR shot in Sheppard Subway Station which was processed in Photomatix Pro.

I'm curious how you got a 5 shot HDR from a single image? My understanding is that RAW can only export up to a 3 shots at different appertures. I assume it's a single shot because the people are not blurry as the train. You'll have to educate me (via email maybe?) on how you snapped this. it's definitely a great shot.

Also, fwiw, your comments box SUCKS on the iPad, it's basically un-usable, the leave a comment section constantly scrolls down the page (it never stops like on the PC), and you can't type because it's always going under the keyboard... with your RSS feed pics so TINY, and the fact that you can't really use the webpage on the iPad, it's making it harder and harder to actually follow your blog. Food for thought.
